Who we are

PayMart is operated by Katora Tech, registration number 2025/300000/07. Our business address is 12907 Budlelwano Street, Palm Ridge Extension 8, Alberton, 1458, South Africa. Contact us at info@katora.co.za for service, account or complaint enquiries.

Availability and eligibility

PayMart is preparing for public launch. This website does not accept payments or orders. App features are available only where activated, supported by the relevant provider and permitted by applicable law. Do not treat a preview as confirmation that a financial or other regulated service is available. Accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older who can lawfully enter into these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate information, complete any required verification and protect your phone, sign-in details and PIN. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Never share a PIN or one-time password with someone claiming to provide support. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, comply with law or protect users; contact us to dispute a restriction.

Orders, prices and confirmation

Before confirming, review the product, recipient or meter details, total, fees and delivery terms. Prices are in South African rand. Applicable taxes and compulsory charges must be included in the displayed total. You may correct details or leave checkout before confirmation. Keep your transaction reference. A payment acknowledgement or pending status does not itself confirm fulfilment.

Fulfilment and third parties

Prepaid services and payments depend on provider confirmation; physical orders depend on the seller and the delivery arrangements shown at checkout. We will communicate material delays or unavailability and handle refunds in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law. We remain responsible for obligations that the law places on us; referring to a third party does not remove your rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use PayMart for fraud, unlawful transactions, impersonation, unauthorised access or interference with other users. Do not publish unlawful content or content you lack permission to share. We may remove unlawful content and investigate suspected misuse.

Support, cancellation and disputes

Email info@katora.co.za with a transaction reference and a description of the issue. You may request account closure through the same address; outstanding transactions, balances and lawful record-retention duties must be addressed as part of closure. Complaints can also be referred to a competent regulator, ombud or court. These terms do not require you to waive those remedies.

Your rights and changes

South African law applies. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies under applicable consumer, electronic-transactions or privacy law, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish revised terms with an updated date; changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to completed purchases.
